Chicago Scoring

edited May 2007 in All Things Bridge
Dear Mr Bridge, In Chicago scoring, when your bid is doubled and you make overtricks, I understand you get double point on what you bid and 100 points for each overtrick if not vulnerable, 200 if vulnerable. My qeustion is: If you redoubled, besides getting double your double points on your bid made,do you still just get 100, resp. 200 for your overtricks? Or are they doubled? What about the insult-points? Staying 50? Garteful for advice. Confused.

Redoubled overtricks are double the doubled rate i.e. 200/400 and the insult is 100. Hope this helps.
