Defence to unusual 2nt opener weak in 3 suits but never Spades

Can anyone suggest a defense to this bid I can find suggestions for when it is just weak in the minors apparently this is an allowable bid at level 4 play

Hi Clare. I have never come across this bid and I am a little confused by it. Are you suggesting that your opponent is showing a three-suited hand, short in spades? e.g. 4441 shape with a singleton spade? Do they play the bid as forcing? It feels a little reckless to me to bid with a weak hand and this type of shape. I would double to show a willingness to defend in at least some of opponent's suits (e.g. a balance strong no trump type hand).
